How to Have Closings Announced on WTTR

To have your organization’s weather-related closings or cancellations announced on WTTR, send us, on your letterhead, your organization’s name, the names of the people who are authorized to contact us, and a password of your choice. You can email the information to info@wttr.com, fax it to 410-876-5095, or mail it to WTTR, 101 WTTR Lane, Westminster MD 21158.

On inclement weather days, email to snowclosings@wttr.com your organization, your name and password, and the information you would like us to announce. Please include the time of your event. Your cancellation will be announced at :20 and :50 past each hour Monday through Friday 5 AM to 7 PM and Sundays 8 to 9 AM.
