The Lions girls soccer squad raised their record to 6-0, with big contributions from Aver Asom in
victories over Frederick and Winters Mill. The senior forward scored three goals and added two
assists over the two games.

Ashton Gifford scored the lone Owls’ goal in a 1-1 tie with Perry Hall. Then he scored all five
goals in a 5-2 win over Manchester Valley. The senior forward now has eight goals and two
assists for the season.
